Cello Day 2026
Cello Day 2026 features two main elements, a Cello Orchestra and Cello Chamber Music. The Cello Orchestra will involve everyone playing together, in four sections. This year, in honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, the Cello Orchestra will play music of American composers Samuel Barber, Aaron Copeland, Scott Joplin, and John Williams. Each section will also have a sectional with their coach, who will be playing in the orchestra with you.The Chamber Music will be one-on-a-part cello quartets, sextets, or octets (depending on enrollment), again featuring music of American composers. Each group will receive guidance from one of the coaches.Music will be posted as soon as possible, no later than June 6, 2026.Cello Day 2026 concludes with an informal concert from each Chamber Group and the Cello Orchestra.

Cancellation:
Before June 6, 2026: full refund
Between June 7 and June 23: full refund dependent on someone on waitlist taking your spot.
